On August 20-22, a three-day training program on management accounting was opened to all CCCI staff, with some from Beijing office and Australia office joining in through video conference.
Mr. David Pugh, who was invited from IFF as the lecturer, has rich practical and training experience in corporate operation and management accounting. Setting management accounting as the central topic, the training program covers strategic plan management, risk management, budget management and cash flow management, etc. By teaching on basic theories, experience sharing and case study, management accounting was fully interpreted from various angles, and the staff enjoyed discussions with the lecturer on related topics they are interested in, and they explored further in how to improve decision making process and operational management capabilities through more effective management accounting.
Through this training program that has initiated a systematic learning on management accounting, our staff have gained deeper and better understanding of corporate management, and have learned how to think from a broader perspective. As a very important team-building event, the training program has successfully helped build up a learning atmosphere throughout the company, while strengthen our professional skills in cross-border M&A and post-acquisition management.
